Allahu Akbar is an Islamic exclamation called the Takbir in Arabic which means 'Allah is the Greatest'.
This statement is said by Muslims numerous times for instance:
During the call for prayer,

when they are happy and wish to express their approval of what they see and/or hear,
when they slaughter an animal,
when they want to praise a speaker,
