What is fitnah?

Terms and word definitions as they relate to Islam.

What is fitnah?

Fitnah or Fitna

is usually defined in Islam as:

ANY antagonism towards Muslims
or
ANY threat to the health of an Islamic state.

Note: the ANY part.
